"Very modern & clean. Also quiet. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. Great location; walking distance to train station, Holyrood Castle & Edinburgh Castle. Easy bus ride to HMY Britannia. A few minor problems: no egg flipper in kitchen, no can opener, and no notice that heated towel racks out of order in whole building (had to ask at front desk after having tried unsuccessfully for some time to get it to work). I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"It is a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. You can find everything you need ,dishwasher, hairdryer, ironing, washing machine, and clean towels. Each room has its own TV. Its about 2 min walk to Tesco and there are a variety of restaurants just there by."

"The location is amazing! Within walking distance of the train station and most of the local attractions. Laundry on site was really convenient. Room was well equipped. The only downside was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the tap in the kitchen would leak randomly and wake us up."

"Very good value and very close to shopping and tons of restaurants. It’s a short .5 mile walk to the Royal Mile and Holyrood. The Castle is less than a mile and is all easily walkable. (Weather dependent haha) the staff is always available. We would absolutely stay here again. The rooftop terrace is very cool too. They provide salt and pepper but you’ll need your own oils and other cooking items. (They provide dishes, pans and silverware. There is a dishwasher in unit but it’s a free shared...

"Our apt was three flights up and there is no lift( we were told ahead of time) so it was a climb as I’m not young anymore. That said, it was nice and clean and in a very convenient location to shops and the tram. There was some noise from the adjacent buildings climate control system. All in all, a good spot for exploring New and Old town Edinburgh ."

"This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! "We were very happy to experience this hotel. It is perfectly located near Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, in walking distance. It is a a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable modern hotel with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It even had parking which is hard to find. Very nice as well as conveniently located!"
