Great place to stay in Edinburgh! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and having a washer and dryer was especially convenient for a longer stay. The location was great, with a bus stop nearby and Haymarket train station just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We had a wonderful stay and the room was big and very clean. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The location was also amazing and there are really good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Overall, we had a great stay!

We were fortunate to book this property at the last minute when other accommodation proved to be unsuitable for us. It proved to be an excellent choice as it was very close to everything we wanted to see and do and very handy to all forms of public transport as well.

Wow!! What a fantastic place! Modern! Clean! Easy walking around! Very friendly staff! We arrived a little early, and the staff let us leave our luggage so we could checkout Edinburgh! I would reccomend and stay again hands down!

While the location was close to a busy thrufare and noisy from traffic, it was still worth the price. Close to everything, easy access to public transport, made getting around easy. My only problem was a washer/dryer that didn't work as it should have. Greek restaurant right at end of street was a WONDERFUL bonus.

I stayed at Premier Suites Edinburgh Fountain Court with my wife for a one-week stay in early October 2026. The hotel is located within walking distance of some of the most popular sites in Edinburgh. However, it's also tucked away so you can enjoy some quiet and privacy during your stay in the city. The apartments have a wealth of amenities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, oven, and microwave, and the hotel provides instructions on how to operate each of them. This was super helpful during our stay! The hotel also provides dish soap and laundry detergent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, and provided me with things like coffee pods and toilet paper when I was running out. Overall an excellent experience. If I return to Edinburgh, I will likely be staying here again!

The location in Old Town is right in the heart of the city next to the river. Note that there is no check-in desk or lobby, just an Old Town Steak house which is where you check in. There is no signage to indicate this, nor is it in the instructions. Room was very small, but had storage spaces. Breakfast was good with made to order coffee from the staff. I would stay here again.
