“The room was awesome! Was very spacious. Dislikes was the $75.00 charge for a dog! That's almost the cost for a person. No breakfast for the cost!”

“Stayed here for the Missoula Half Marathon. Solid basic hotel. Staff and service was better than any luxury hotel though! They made sure there was a shuttle to pick me up past midnight from the airport and brought my grocery delivery up to my room. Close proximity to coffee shop, grocery store, and some quick service restaurants. I’d stay here again.”

“Hotel overall was fairly clean. Entrances in back needed attention. Breakfast was good. Bar closed early. Staff at desk was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.”

“Poorly maintained, the exterior was filthy and none of the amenities were functional. Don’t stay here.”

“very rude staff. aggressive towards kids. "manager" claimed to be owner. gave me 20 minutes to get out over the fact I confronted receptionist being rude to my kids. threatened to call sheriffs on me, but didn't. I suspect they themselves are on sheriffs watch list. be aware that anything in breakfast bar is for breakfast only or they will yell at you even if you offer compensation.”

“The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

“Room was next to the elevator. I asked for another and was told she couldn't change my room even though the hotel was less than half full. I asked for creamer for the coffee maker and was told it was in the room. We looked in the room again, nothing there. She told us to go and look for some on the breakfast tables. They charge $7 for parking in their lot. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. You also had to buy your own breakfast.”

“This hotel sent a confirmation email the day before the stay stating that if I didn't cancel before 4 pm on that day, my credit card would be charged. I was flying in and obviously didn't cancel only to get there that evening and be told that they were oversold by 5 units and I had no room. There was no recourse, the rest of the city was booked as it was marathon weekend there. I received horrible service Avoid at all costs”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and the room are actually very nice for the price point. And the bathroom is beautiful. Thevery layout in the bathroom is very unique. Usually they have the long sinks on the right and a tub and shower on the left. This one had a sink in a corner and beautiful clear glass shower.The bedding is wonderful. I loved the king bed and the pillows were perfect. I didn’t use the TV at all because I had my iPad so I don’t know there but...

“Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. Parking was great and easily accessible. The check in was a little confusing, hotel entrance was not where I checked in and that was not clear. Overall, I’d stay here again.”
