"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"横浜中華街にとても近くてよかったです。内装はキレイでした。下のソファベッド用の掛け布団が欲しかったです。家族の素泊まりでしたが部屋やベッドはプライベートで息子家族とおじちゃんおばぁさんでした。なければ持参ください。とお知らせくださればうれしかったです。上から布団をかりました。最後きちんと返しました。たけのこの里が８袋置いてありました。６袋人数分頂きました。泊まらせて頂きありがとうとございました。"

"The hotel was very conveniently located. The Subway entrance is right next to the hotel entrance. We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was Amazing!, especially traveling with 2 children under 10. Extremely clean and well maintained. It looked brand new and like we were the first to use it! The staff are very kind & professional and we loved the coffee in the lobby. Our first time staying at a Citadines Hotel, but we would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"The hotel is on top of the station which make it perfect and easy to get around I stay here on every trip to Tokyo area. The only thing I think they can improve on would be faster access to elevator since it’s on the 10th floor it always a wait and packed elevator "
