Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. “정말 최악이었습니다. 객실 가구들은 올드타운처럼 낡았고 청소상태는 서울시내 싸구려 모텔보다 더 더러웠습니다. 방이 너무 더러워서 4박을 예약했으나 1박만 투숙하고 환불받고 나왔습니다. 또한 근처 산위에 무슨 음식점? 같은게 있는데 밤 12시가 넘어가도록 앰프틀어놓고 노래를 부르는데... 진짜 너무 시끄러웠어요. 이곳이 진정 별4개짜리 리조트가 맞나 눈을 의심했습니다. 정말이지 이딴 거지같은 리조트를 1박에 30만원 이상씩 받는다는게 믿어지지가 않고 저희같은 피해자들이 나오지 않았으면 하는 마음에서 이 리뷰를 씁니다. 여긴 정말 개쓰레기리조트에요.”

“No Assistnace with luggage with winding stone stairways. No concierge from 10pm- 12 am. No one at 6am at reception to receive keys. Requested lunch box or breakfast bag for pickup which was not there. Taxi stand is far away from property to walk with luggage. Excellent though as close to water and food is ok. Sea bass was good. Waiters are helpful. English is not spoken well. View is great. Shopping streets are good.”

“Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. This is appalling customer services and we would not return because of it. A lot of the staff seemed sullen, a smile would have gone a lomg way !”

“Gorgeous hotel in Tivat. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, so always hot. Helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. We really liked the location, which was a 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Plenty of sun beds, and the place never seemed crowded. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful country”
