“Great stay, only criticism is the service level in the restaurant. Two menus for 12 people is not great, lack of understanding of english and drinks brought out to table after food is served.”

“Platinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries. The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job! A...
