"Great to see the animals around the waterhole which was amazing. Comfortable room. Bit disappointed by the pool which did not seem clean. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Room was nice and modern, though noise from other rooms and the central courtyard was quite noticeable early morning. Location was great, short walk to restaurants and cafes. The owners were very nice, they let us leave our car at the property the day we checked out as we took a tour to the dunes. 2 things that would make this place even better, longer beds (they were very short) and better blinds to block out light when the sun comes up. "We stayed for two nights at Etotongwe Lodge as a base for going to Etosha National Park. It had a real Lodge feel and we enjoyed the views. The room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. There was a nice little sitting out area outside the room, although most other rooms had a more private area than ours (room 25). The bar was busy and access to the internet was limited therefore we only got onto the wifi on the final morning when there was no-one else around. This was important...
