"Our 1 night stay was great! The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early, which we greatly appreciated. Our room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Free coffee and tea station available in the lobby, and free shuttle to the airport. There is no swimming pool or gym, but we didn’t need one for our 1 night stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Plainview multiple times and it continues to impress with every visit. There’s always something new and thoughtful added that enhances the experience. The front desk now offers complimentary popcorn along with a great coffee station, which is a really nice touch. It was also great to see the hotel busy and the parking lot full, which speaks to how well it’s being run. Evan at the front desk truly stood out—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, a consistently excellent stay. Highly recommend."
