"It was great entertainment by the pool and if it was too noise you could go to the adult pool. Most of the waiters were very tentative with serving drinks and food. I didn't like that the gym usage was not part of the all inclusive and that you were limited on the restaurants for dinner."

"Adorable rustic beach hotel, lovely and extremely helpful staff, great area, beach access, gorgeous views and facility, and excellent value for the money. My only complaint is there is no safety lock on the room doors, just a plain lock-and-key mechanism. Even the though I hung the “do not disturb” sign on the door, the cleaning woman still knocked loudly on my door as I was sleeping and opened the door since she didn’t hear me answer immediately - that’s my only complaint. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. With the door closed and air on at night, we had no issues with noise. The views of Banderas Bay from our patio and the lovely pool were spectacular! Breakfast was great, fruit and eggs made to order. Service and atmosphere were always friendly. "This was our first time staying here and we’ve already booked our return trip. Families staying here from the neighboring cities and states. We loved the atmosphere everyone was so nice. The staff were so accommodating and nice, the beach and pools were amazing, except they close the pools at 6:00pmfor some reason. That would be the only thing that was not great."

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. Here are some tips: We enjoyed the buffet, lots of options for fresh fruits and veggies, plus made to order options at each meal like omelettes, custom tacos/fajitas. Restaurant near kids pool is basic, but great for a quick meal after swimming. The buffet has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options plus a variety of nondairy milks. Reservations at specialty restaurants fill up quickly, so get there early before they release new reservations at 8am on Sunday & Thursday, you can also get on waiting list which we had success with. Earliest reservation is 6:30 i believe, but they have a buffet that has some late afternoon options if kids need something before then. The pool loungers fill up quickly, so put down towels at 8am on chairs. There is also a self-serve laundromat next to the gym and you can pay for tokens and detergent at the front desk. "
