The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. Stayed for 4 days in October. All hotel staff was very helpful arranging taxis and places to go. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.

It is really amazing. Great experience.

This place was amazing the staff was over the top ! for the price this lodge is a great deal We suggest everyone should visit this place. Food was outstanding and plenty of it.

The staff is highly skilled, on par with those at the finest properties worldwide. The careful attention to detail and the incredible fusion of local products into the gourmet menu give the property a distinctive and unique character.

La propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada ,muchas áreas verdes, cuartos muy amplios

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. We stayed one night but it was great! We are staying at a villa nearby and kid the daily resort fee to enjoy the nice amenities! Very nice. Would love to come back again

Came here for a 8 day trip as a solo female with my 6 year old daughter. I was hesitant since Nicaragua has a Level 3 travel advisory but I felt extremely safe here. The staff went above and beyond any time we needed anything. Estavan, Tony, & Francesco were my absolute favorites. (Sorry if I misspelled) I wasn’t a fan of was having to let them know a day in advance if you wanted to use the shuttle to the beach or town. The rooms are also extremely humid no matter what you do. When I visited...

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.

Great hotel, stunning views over Laguna de Apoyo. The hotel provides shuttle service to the Lagoon and into Granada at 9 and 1, with pick ups at 1 or 4. They can also arrange drop offs and pick up at other times for a small charge. Its perfect for people who want a 5 star hotel away from the noise and busy city. Conviently located to Laguna de Apoyo and you get a discount when you go to the Beach Club, and if you go early enough, you'll have the Lagoon to yourselves. Ricardo and Gordon are...

We always stay here when we come to Nicaragua

Beautiful view of the bay with full sunset! Loved the very spacious terraces to watch the waves and the sunset. Property feels very safe, there is parking in the yard, you get a key to the gate to go in and out as you want. Two blocks from the beach (and far enough from the bar noise). Everything is very clean. Nice warm pool. Fast wifi - my speed tests showed 50 Mbps up and down. Very happy I picked this place for my stay.

Everything I need was there, super politely people

Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.

This place is worth every penny. The breakfast buffet was yummy, the rooms were big, and the ground are beautiful. Lots of attention to detail.

El servicio es super agradable, la piscina estaba en remodelacion

Staff were 5 star. The location is perfect for jaunts around the city and central to activities nearby. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the art lavishly displayed throughout the rooms and hallways. Top notch place!
