“Very clean, we were in North Bay for my Mother 92nd birthday, decided to spend 5 days, if you plan on eating in unit or watching tv bring your own toaster, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. No couch or living room but for the price it worked well for us, we will use this place on our next visit ”

“What a nice property! 2 out door seating areas with bbq’s, an area around the back for dogs to be touleted complete with poop bags and a hose. The area is known for its chip truck culture and 2 very popular one’s (Larry’s and The Riv) were very walkable. The Tim Horton’s is also very close by. The front desk has a small area beside it with chips and other snacks,as well as a cooler with cold beverages and a freezer with frozen treats and microwavable meals all for store prices! “I enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chair on the dock watching the sun set. The room was comfortable. The staff member I dealt with was pleasant. I normally stay at more expensive options in North Bay and go there two times a year. I would consider this hotel again. The main selling point was the private small beach and the dock with chairs. “Reception and check-in was easy, quick, accommodated me 4 hours early which was extremely helpful. Very polite and professional employees from reception right down to cleaning staff. No complaints about the room at all. Surprising very quiet even with a fully booked hotel. Safe parking I left golf.clubs and fishing gear in my in tinted car and was assured nothing to worry about and they were right. All in all I will use this place over and over. ”
