Savannah and Melissa were very accomodating throughout. All of the staff were so kind and caring. The property had everything you need, great scenery, wildlife within. "Absolutely amazing! We and outer two kids stayed at Edwin's Lodge , and had a lovely time! Room is beautiful, fresh and clean. Edwin gave us an service beyond anything we could have expected. So helpful and caring , we felt really welcome. Meeting zebra and other animals from the deck, really cool. We could not recommend more"

"Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "
