"The room was small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is OK, good microwave. Plenty of utensils though luckily I am tall as everything was in a high cupboard. Very nice little patio outside and the hotel is a short walk to both a Carrefour supermarket and Gold Beach. Good choice."

"Lovely boutique hotel at the top of the small town of Arromanches. My favorite spot was the living room bar at night. Just wine, beer and some spirits but with collections of armchairs and board games, it felt like home. Just wonderful. Highly recommend for a simple gown feel with great taste. "

"This is an original building that was on the beaches of Normandy in 1944 and before, and suffered damage from off shore gun fire from Allied Ships on the day of the assault. The building is now a quaint hotel with a family owned hotel. We enjoyed our stay as we made a visit to all that is available in the area. All provided gave us a relaxing stay."

"You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. "Great location and very close to Juno beach. Staff were friendly and energetic. Pool facilities were very good. Room was slightly dated and parts could have been better cleaned prior to check in. Overall had a good time and would return. "
