“Customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were fine. However, the carpet in the room was wet and there was a general smell of mildew. We even found mold/mildew on the lamp shade. This hotel was $$$ cheaper than our usual hotel, but subpar in the long run.”
