"I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. "The pool and gym was amazing. Generally I found staff slightly ‘off’. Examples include I asked for a change of kettle and to borrow a plug and they said they’d do it but when I got back hours later they hadn’t. Then I ordered an early morning taxi and when I arrived to take it they hadn’t booked it. "
