"The property is great, all rooms are facing the sea and the views are breathtaking. There are two swimming pools, the beach ⛱️ is just below the hotel. The room was fantastic, two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Cabo de Gata. Great spot to enjoy the sea and relax "

But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby. "

"We only stayed for one night as a stopover but the pool facilities were a great bonus for us, particularly with the children. A stones throw from the beach, plus restaurants, it felt like a nice resort close to, but away from the mania of the Costa Del Sol. "

"We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that...

"The hotel building is good, in an excellent position and in good condition. Our room was a de-luxe 5th floor room, large, well fitted and in good condition. However, it was still school holidays when we stayed which made it very noisy. The restaurant was extremely noisy and children running in all directions.The food was ok, not great. The evening entertainment was very loud. So overall, unless you are taking your children there during the holidays, wait until school is back!"

"Indoor/ outdoor pools, games room, crazy golf. And very close to the beach. The staff where excellent and very helpful and friendly. The ramps for disabled guests where far to steep. Would be useful if they had shower seats available for the walk in shower. The cost of a meal in the dining room was excessively high, for the quality of food on offer."
