All-inclusive Hotel in Prince Edward Island from ₩118,735

"We booked a 'renovated' room with 2 Queen beds and breakfast included in January. Once arrived there, we received a room with 2 double bed into an old crappy section of the hotel, full of construction around the room, and no Breakfast was offered. The staff never advised us or let us know that we were downgraded other than after we complaint and brought theses issues up, so that was rather frustrating. So we complained to the staff, told them that we would have never booked there knowing that we would have this crappy bedroom., The staff told me the see the manager the next day at 9AM. The next day, the manager was not there at 9:15 AM, the staff called the manager, and the manager would not answer his phone. Finally after 3 attempts, they reach the manager, he would not talk to us, would not come to the office to meet us, and he told the staff to only refund us one night out of the 2 nights that we booked. I contacted Hotels.com Customer Service and finally got my 2 nights refund. I would avoid this hotel at all cost, very bad customer service, and very bad accomodation overall."

"Clean rooms, warm pool"

"There were lots of activities for families. For us, our children and grandchildren (11, 7, & 4) the tubing hill pool & water slide were favorites! Our granddaughters loved the bouncy castle and we all enjoyed the Sugar Shack. It was a perfect March Break get away! "

"All kinds of shops and restaurants in the area. It's literally steps from the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Has its own restaurant on site which is excellent in its own right or several others that are in walking distance. Valet service is available. Recommend highly."
