“Room was always clean, staff was wonderful. ”

“Our first few nights were facing the street. The room was cozy but clean. Air conditioner worked well, but was very noisy. Bathroom was tight and door knob was broken. We thought that even though it needed a few things we could make it for the week. It was clean and we wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. When we spoke to the front desk about the price difference between the street facing room verses a beach facing room, the wonderful gentleman offered us a free upgrade. The room...

“The hotel, while not splashy, was absolutely immaculate and the staff incredible. During the lockdown, they fit us three meals a day, they went above and beyond. It’s located on a quiet street but close to everything.”

“Our housekeeper, Yanet, was great. We loved our room, the food at the restaurant was really good, the views were impeccable. Our only problem was that guests reserved all the pool lounge chairs early in the morning. In the 11 days we stayed, we never could get a space by the pool until the evening.”
