"The room was bad, old furnishings, broken wall mounted accessories in the bathroom. Hair drier stoped working after 30 seconds - guess it was only a sample. No wall sockets on any side of the bed, no light switches that you can turn on or of from the bed… Water pressure in the shower was good, temperature just acceptable. Breakfast is good and the staff was ok there. Reception staff is unpleasant and unprepared. Will only visit again if I have no other choice."

"Best people and best hotel in Bucharest . Don’t waver just book Room service staff is world class - I consider all of them Familys online in Bucharest but when I need a mini vacation or a business meeting the Palace suite is key with great views and the executive suites with city views in level 5 are the best / - book it I know all hotels in Bucharest this is the best as I know."
