“Had an amazing stay ! Beautiful hotel and rooms with easy access to town, the mountain and anything you want to do. It’s all right there. Complimentary shuttle was a nice included perk as well.”

“This place is HORRIBLE. Stinky, filthy, full of “long term” recently new to America residents, who got into an actual fight in the mildew-scented common area game room. No staff at the desk overnight; the security guard said that was normal, and recommended we stay in our room, as he said it wasn’t safe to be wandering the hotel at night. We bailed on our reservation, and are trying to get refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE. The stains all over the carpets in the halls and rooms; just unbelievable that...

“We have stayed up here a few times in the last couple years, and we are never disappointed! The staff is always wonderful (they even held on to a book and water bottle I left behind I was just able to snag)! Great location to be in steamboat, and only a 10 min drive to the hot springs we like to visit. If we’re ever visiting Steamboat, we stay here!”

“Large spacious room. Hot tub large and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The hotel is older and could use updating. Only one small sink and small bathroom. Overall, a nice stay.”

“This was a perfect weekday getaway to relax, take walks, and enjoy the food and shopping scene in downtown Steamboat Springs. We only had one full day to enjoy activities, so I will definitely book a bit of a longer trip next time but the staff was great. Holly gave us great hiking suggestions and cool places to check out, which we plan to come back and do! Very easy stay, and slept well!”

“My experience here was terrible. The room itself was practically impossible to maneuver around. Opening the bathroom door completely blocked access to the vanity, and the closet was right there, too, so you had three doors constantly getting in the way. It was like a jungle gym just trying to get around and access my belongings. I believe I even forgot my swimsuit because I couldn’t keep track of my stuff while constantly opening and closing doors just to reach different areas. The luggage...
