“Our experience at Hotel Campo Bello was very disappointing. The house was in terrible condition and, honestly, it was not what we expected at all. When we arrived, the door would not even close properly because the lock was broken. Someone had to come up to replace it, and we had to wait **more than an hour** just to resolve something as basic as the security of the room. There was also no hot or even warm water. “Overall, the property was nice. But I will say there was a lot and I repeat a lot of insects spiders, geckos, etc. in my bedroom which I notified the staff about, however they didn’t seem to care and told me that I had left the door open even though I had just checked in and hadn’t been in the room. They didn’t even bother to offer another room. They only went ahead and killed the spiders and bugs. And told me to let them know if I found any other insects, bugs ,spiders, etc.”

“Magical place for couples”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful but hotel needs a lot of maintenance, better basic services (such as quality of sheets and towels). Did not get proper bed sheets (lots of holes in them). Shower was dirty. Hotel has mold and needs better upkeep for sure. Breakfast doesn’t start till 7am - if you must head out early, plan accordingly.”

“La hora de entrada son las 16:00 inflexible entrar antes, aunque lo pedí , estuve 1h y media esperando. La piscina tiene trozos caídos que cortan, yo mismo me corté en un dedo. Sus supuestos responsables están allí tomando cervezas con amigos y música, dejé unas gafas de sol donde luego se pusieron ellos y casualidad que desaparecieron.. único bueno la limpieza y localización”

“Endroit très magique proche de la nature, teanquil, très beau à voir le lévé du soleil, attention impecable, lits confortables, je le recommende fortement si vous voulez vous reaxer avec une belle vue. C'est très proche au campanent pour monter le volcan Santa Ana et du mirateur Cerro Verde. Il y a un restaurant sur place, j' ai trouvé des bonnes pizzas.”

“Overall the room was charming. I was traveling with a diabetic so we needed a refrigerator in the room. The room had everything except a fridge. That was the only missing comfort. I had nowhere to store the insulin in a cold place. Had to use an ice box to keep insulin cold. But the room was cute and comfortable. If you do not need a fridge. This is a very frugal stay. Parking was very convenient. Overall good 👍 for the price.”

“We had such a fantastic stay here. The room was so spacious and had hot water! There were lots of places to relax downstairs and games/books available. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cold - an escape from the hot streets. Everything was within walking distance. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly. The breakfast at the cafe is delicious!”
