The room we had was the Napoli room. It was a very much dated room. And it's possible that it is because it is a bigger family room and maybe not many guests book the room. Clean but no ammenities except, towels, basic shampoo and soap. Not a single hook anywhere in the room or bathroom. No hangers. It was an interesting experience. Staff were good especially the breakfast staff. It was a stopover trip so it was ok. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked. Most of the rooms face the pool so music from the pool was loud.

The room was clean, the staff was exelent. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that they had the music very loud and it was impossible to rest. They do party events and drunk people were very loud past 3:00 am. I wasn't able to sleep well.

The price was extremely reasonable, we stayed in the Roma Room, it was spacious, the bathroom was a nice size. AC works well, the property itself could definitely be upgraded. The pool is always available and clean to jump on a hot day! The garden is inviting and breakfast with the birds is always soothing. The staff was very cordial, specially Vanessa, she was extremely pleasant and her smile was contagious! The property is very safe at night and during the day. The parking lot could definitely use a little touch up, but honestly for the price is extremely affordable and good service. I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Cool theme, and great staff. Very yummy breakfast as well. However, the rooms are just not functional. There was nowhere to put your luggage. There was a huge awkward wood, wobbly bench in the Secilia room that was totally unusable and was taking up a lot of room. No hair dryers. There was nowhere to hang your towels and the showers sprayed every which way but on your head. The cleaning service did not refresh the towels that were left on the floor from us cleaning up the water that sprayed all over the floor. Very dimly lit and hard to find a plug to charge a phone. I would probably not stay there again.

The pool was dirty, the hotel didn’t resemble what I saw online. Everything was old. I would not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed. I paid for a bigger room with more beds and was charge more when I got the property. Not a good a experience. The last night I was there there was a group of people doing karaoke, it was super loud and it when on till 11pm, took a while to get some rest.

We stayed at the property for 8 days. During our stay, witnessed many changes like the free breakfast menu only have two free options. A particular staff(Jonathan) was terrible at dining service. He is NOT a stellar employee. We sat down for lunch one day and he just dropped of menus. There were only 2 customers on site. He left us hanging for at least 25 minutes without even offering us drinks. At this point we just left the restaurant. We stayed at this property before for 2 weeks. We are here now due to an unexpected family funeral. This is the only time we gave this property a 2nd chance due to the close proximity to a family’s home. We will not be coming back to Villa Napoli.
