“Staff was very friendly. Nice property for the most part. Tried to check in at 2 pm and were told we’d have to pay $30 extra to check in early. Really? $30 to check in 1 hour early?! Never had this issue with any other hotel ever before!
Then when we were finally able to check in at 3 pm, when we got to the room one of the beds were not made and there was a dirty towel on the floor.”
