"We appreciated our stay. Although the hotel is older, we liked its classic features. Enjoyed the spa and the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Loved Belgrade and our visit was made complete because of the comforts of Hotel Metropol Palace. Will happily return to the hotel on our next visit."

"Room service/cleaning was disaster. First two days thete were no room service and next two days service was almoast not visoble. There were no hot water two days also. Breakfast is vety poor and they did not offer all the food during the breakfast. Lobby and guys in reception are only positive thong in hotel. If I'm not wrong hotel has 4 stars...even 2 are to much."

"It was a good hotel overall, conditions were not the best, elevator bit dodgy but works, room was massive and full of space. Bathroom door for shower was broken on one side, not fully functional but overall it was good. On top of a small shopping center, there is Poncho fast food open next door which doesn't accept card and a supermarket crossing road that does accept card. Macdonalds literally infront so good location. "
