"Our second stay the hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent however the lack of amenities inside the room can be improved. And the bed arrangement is quite poor. 2 single beds attached does not equal double bed. Not friendly or suitable for couples. "

"The hotel a little, restaurants around the hotel are limited. Hotel bar needs to improve cocktails. Room and the facility is clean. Our room was specious. Pools are enough, see is nice. You can take a bus to central locations. Breakfast was good. I plan to go again."

"Excellent beachfront location with breathtaking sunrises (see photos uploaded). The room had superb noise insulation and stunning sea views. The pool areas were impeccably maintained, with one pool dedicated to adults only. Even the main pool was peaceful, never rowdy. The beach is rocky but the waters are crystal clear, with plenty of ladders for access — one extra wide ladder is particularly helpful for those with mobility issues or young children. The beachfront restaurant was wonderful, with a great atmosphere and views. Breakfast offered a wide choice, again enjoyed with stunning vistas of boats coming and going. The resort is about 20 minutes from Palma centre; taxis were easily arranged through the hotel and fairly priced. Check-out is strictly at noon, but the courtesy room provided for late flights was a huge bonus, allowing us to shower before heading to the airport. Room furniture is functional rather than luxurious, but the location and facilities more than compensate. The hotel has a great vibe, suitable for families, couples, elderly guests, and solo travellers. Strongly recommend booking a high-level sea-view room for the full experience. The team were also very helpful in arranging excursions, even securing a last-minute sunset catamaran cruise — truly excellent service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this resort offers excellent value, amazing views, and a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere. We will definitely return."

"Everything was good, I liked it, but the food wasn’t a good quality, because I had a multiple episodes when I was thinking that I am about to throw up and also me and my gf had both problems with a stomach, we were feeling really ill at some point, but overall stay was good. Internet was 50/50, somewhere in the hotel area it shows that my phone is connected, but there was not enough data to load the page in the internet. Beds were good, but it’s better to have a king size double bed instead of two beds merged into one bed. "
