"お盆期間中に利用しました。海外の泊まり客も多く、賑わっていました。 小学生の子連れ4人で、１２畳の部屋を予約しましたが、清潔で、広さもちょうど良く快適に過ごせました。 お風呂は、共同風呂と貸切二つがあり、温泉が気持ち良かったです。貸切風呂は、混んでいたので、早めに予約をしておくと50分ゆっくり入れます。3人で檜のお風呂を借りましたが、洗い場、内湯、露天風呂があって広くはないので、それぞれを一人ずつ使って順番に体を洗うような使い方になります。 洗濯/乾燥機は２台ずつで、雨のため使用者が多く、なかなか取り合いです。宿泊期間中、早めに使用することをお勧めします。 外出時に宿の傘を貸していただけたので、助かりました。 昭和感のある民宿の風情で、懐かしく、居心地が良かったです。 どうもありがとうございました。"

"ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかしホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。"

"The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. You can also use the onsen in the hotel and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities for the stay. The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. The location is more accessible by car but it’s a good spot as a base to visit other areas in the vicinity. Overall, this was one of our best stays this trip!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful. It feels like at home, relaxing, friendly. The location is great. The hot springs onsen that can be reserved for private use was wonderful. They also pick up and drop off at bus terminal which was really nice. The food was tasty and nicely presented. It’s not fancy or of top ingredients but we enjoyed so much. Thank you for making our stay in Shiretoko memmorable."

"Hosts are helpful and sent us instructions on the day we checked in. Not really a hostel per se, no cooking was permitted. There was also some charge for disposal of food waste. There was no lighting at the car park area with portholes, so checking in after sunset could be challenging."

"扉はきしむし！鍵は潰れているし、虫やハエが出てくる。後、チェックアウトが10時だったので９時から支度を始めたが、スタッフさんが早く出て行って欲しそうに無言の圧力！挙げ句のはてに、わざとか分からないが、掃除しようと部屋に入ってこようとする。ちなみに掃除をしている若い男性の方は挨拶もしない。これで一泊素泊まり8300円は高過ぎる。次の日止まったライダーハウスは２泊したが4000円で、親切な上に部屋も綺麗で個室だった。もう２度とこのサイトを利用しないし、桂田も利用しない。"
