"Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "

"施設は古いですが我慢出来ます。部屋に入るとキッチンのスポンジは使い古されたもので、食器用洗剤はほぼ空でした。この点をホストに連絡したところ、すぐに確認しますと連絡がありましたが、2泊の滞在中には何も起きませんでした。温泉は素晴らしいですが、中国人の方が身体を洗わずに湯船に入り、そのまますね毛を剃りはじめ、お湯の中で長いていました。"

"One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic."

"Excellent hotel, check in was smooth and easy. Parking was convenient. Room was huge for 3 single western bed, plenty of room to move around. Onsen facilities was great, some area may need upgrade. Breakfast selection was wide. "
