“Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and overlooking the beach. The pool was nice with plenty of beds. The hotel is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet but a couple of kilometres into town. The only downside was that we caught the early morning flight from Perth, so arrived at the hotel around 10am and had to wait in reception for 4 hours until our room was ready. I understand check in isn't until 2pm but no attempt was made to adjust the cleaning schedule to allow our room...
