"The staff was really helpful and they thought of all the little details: great shampoo and lotion, extra conditioner, toilet paper ready to grab by the elevators if you ran out (no need to contact housekeeping), and the breakfast buffet was amazing. This is the only hotel where I've seen sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet!"

"It’s my second time I’ve stayed at this establishment & just like before I didn’t expect anything less than the best. A young lady at reception named “Paula”, had the best greeting & was very well informative. Excellent customer service from all the staff. It was good to see the new interior, it really lightens up the place. "
