“ When I did check in, I got an upgrade and could enjoy garden views. My room was big enough for one person. The heating system also worked well while I slept. In addition, the overall atmosphere was cozy because of paintings on the wall. Staffs were nice. They provided additional toothpaste with me and kept my lugagge after check out. It helped me travel Ljubljana Castle without heavy materials. If I have any chances to visit Slovenia, I would like to accommodate here again.”

“블레드 호수를 식사 때나 산책 때 바로 눈 앞에서 볼 수 있었고 일찍 도착하였지만 편의를 봐주어서 조기 체크인을 할 수 있게 해주신 것과 버스티켓을 출력해 주고 호텔에 있는 훌륭한 수영장과 사우나를 연일 무료로 사용할 수 있어서 환상적이었습니다 조식은 맛있었고 서비스는 특급호텔 다웠습니다 다음에도 꼭 이 호텔에 묵을 것입니다 직원들께 감사드립니다 legotokim ”

“Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!”
