"We had a really good stay. The breakfast is AMAZING!! The rooms are on the smaller side, but nice and clean. Our shower was clogged but apart from that we’ve no complaints. We’d stay there again for sure! "

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. "The staff here was amazing check out was at 11 but the gentleman let me leave my bag so I could go to the castle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. It’s a 5 min walk to train station also. The rooms are very cute and comfortable… "
