“Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you haven’t pay £7.40 per person for a swim. ”

Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.”

“Hotel is on the UEA campus. There is a shop to buy food if need be. You can use the bar if needed. Very clean and comfortable.. Quiet as well.”

“The hotel was lovely but in need of a few maintenance touch ups in the bar/dining area & rooms. We had a room with a view, a view we couldn’t fault. The main letdown of the room were the lining of the curtains were ripped in quite a few places, a quarter of one of the linings was missing so let the light in through the main curtain material. The shower hose was not long enough to slide the shower head up for taller people & it’s a shame the layout of the bathroom wasn’t thought out better as...
