“The Baymont is a great property. We especially liked the breakfast options and our room. Our only issue was the pool area — there is an “exit” door in the pool area to a smoking area outside. The door itself slams shut every time someone goes through the door, so hard, that I was waiting for the glass on the door to break. It is in indoor pool so the slam echoed very loudly. “Wonderful experience! The resort has made numerous upgrades since our last stay in 2010. The staff was professional as well as friendly. The cabins were very clean and surprisingly spacious. The property grounds are maintained well and the amenities have expanded. The pool is a nice size (never felt crowded). The splash pad area is somewhat small, but a nice addition.
