“I like the view and the dolphins. I dislike the lack of supplies such as a broom & dust pan, no paper towel , no hand soap, I had to beg for towels . The pillows on bed were horrible. There were an iron board but no iron had to ask for that . My list of dislike shouldn’t have been & these thing must be provided to your guests moving forward.”

“The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. “Overall facilities are good. The pools were not functioning when we were here. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There was no gift shop or place to buy water, bug spray etc. The restaurant was very good. And there are other restaurants close by. ”
