"The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. "There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"An excellent place to stay prior to catching the Caen ferry. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available.
