“The best hotel”

“Overall this is an okay place to escape for a short period of time. The staff are nice and helpful, however: - if you do “all inclusive” expect more things to be excluded than included. They are not very generous with this. - very strict hotel policies that impact guest experience. For example we asked for a late checkout and inquired if there was any guest arriving to use the same room that day. The staff said no one was coming to use the room, but if we wanted a late check out it would be...

“장점: 깨끗하고 엄청나게 친절한 서비스. 버틀러까지 붙여주심. 저녁도 코스요리로 나오는데 너무 맛있음. 조경도 너무 아름다움. 단점: 개미랑 모기가 좀 있어서 스프레이는 개인이 챙겨야 함.”

“업그레이드가 되서 넘 기분이 좋았어요 룸에서 보이는 바다가 환상적이었습니다. 바가 여러개있어서 시시때때로 마시는 맥주가 꿀맛이었어요”
