“The property is beautiful and staff are kind and friendly. My only issue was with the beach front property. Due to the Sargassum issue, the smell is horrible and making it hard to spend time on the beach or on the beautiful balcony. I would recommend staying at the lagoon side if you’re heading there. Other than that, I would definitely return. ”

“Everything from arrival to departure was immaculate. The staff made me feel right at home constantly checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, the food was amazing and I honestly was at peace my entire stay. Make sure you ask about doing the sound bath class while you’re there oh and definitely get a massage as well. I would rate my stay 1000/10”

“The bar next door is no small one. The music is loud and really energizing until midnight and no earlier whichever night. We had the cabin the closest and didn’t bother trying to sleep before midnight. The cabin is really nice, perfect with AC and the size was nice for two people. We cooked a lot and there were not a lot of ustensiles but we managed. The patio with the view and hammock was our highlight.”

“This is the second time i've stayed at copal and when I visit punta Jordan, that is where I intend to stay. I wish they had local cuisine such as rice and beans and stew chicken though. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“The room overlooked both the pool and the beach, and the sunrise was amazing each morning. Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. ”

“Our cottage had a wonderful beach view and was at the end of the property. It had a screened in porch and a beautiful interior which was clean and spacious. We were only a few feet away from the "Adult Pool" which we swam in every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in everything, including our dining and arranging our two excursions. We loved the Sunset Cruise around Placencia Bay and the Monkey River Tour was very interesting. If you do the Monkey River...
