Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people!
One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.

On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. And just looking at the beauty of the architecture will amaze you. You could not find artists to create something like this hotel today.
It is a shame that it has been bought by a chain, which, by...

For the price, we were expecting much worse but were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe. Would recommend.
