“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Fantastic place. Right on water with all rooms on/facing beach which is on small cove with jacks and boast as well as direct access to glass bottom boat rides (for hire) right across bay from Little Tobago and Goat Islands. Staff are really wonderful- from front desk to bar and restaurant to housekeeping and pool as beach maintenance. Food was great and it felt comfortable and like I was at home and not a hotel. A wonderful experience for my week stay.”

“My stay at the Kapok was perfect. I was greeted with warmth by the staff, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including two bottles of water and my bed was comfortable. Parking was ideal and breakfast was delicious. The one thing I’d ask for is a better local rate and another stay. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back. ”
