“Major renovations needed at the facility . Leaking roof on the walk paths and lounge area with pools of water during rain fall , so there was no way to really enjoy the hotel common areas as we were a party of 3 .Slips and falls are at high risk . Rooms were clean ( bath room lacked sufficient towels ) . Check in and check out were hassle free. Breakfast was okay with an omelette station. Unless there’s some major changes / update / repairs to property I will not return.”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend...
