"The stuff was super friendly. Facilities was great. Animators in the kids club was not motivated and the activities was poor. Everything else was perfect."

"First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...

"3 günlük tatilde dinlenmek için geldik, daha yorgun bir şekilde dönüyoruz. Kesinlikle önermiyorum. Saçma sapan bir futbol turnuvası düzenleyerek, kaldıramayacakları bir kalabalığı almışlar. Hiçbir Covid önlemi de alınmamış. Açık büfede birbirinin içine giren mi dersin, maçtan çıkıp maç şortuyla havuza giren mi dersin, gece 12ye kadar ıslıkla ortamı düğün yerine çeviren mi, ne ararsan vardı. Resepsiyonu aramamıza rağmen bütün şikayetlerimiz umursamaz bir şekilde geçiştirildi. Ayrıca odalarda...

"This was suppose to be an "All inclusive" hotel, but when we asked for Wi-Fi, they said it is not included. Later, we asked for ice-cream and this was not included in the price either. So, "All inclusive" was not really all inclusive. The restaurant where they prepared hamburgers where extremely dirty. The flour was wet and dirty and ketchup was splattered all over the place, so we didn't eat hamburgers. Baby pool was so dirty and we could see green growth in it. It was also bad smell...

"Terrible lack of service from both reception and housekeeping. Resort is generally very tired and needs updating/refurbishment. Food is average at best and in our group of 4 all 4 of us had stomach difficulties. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. They charge you for wifi and it barely works. They also charge you to use the safe in the room. Beach is very average compared to others in the local area. Very difficult to find any positives. "

"We found a lot to do, location was off the beaten path. Enthusiastic wait staff and activities director. Plenty of food that satisfied our palates. Helpful when needed."
