"Richy at the beach bar was an absolute wizard mixing our drinks! Claire the hostess, Cherone our server were absolutely fantastic and so friendly! Latoya made us feel like family, every single time we went down for breakfast! The entire staff at the Ritz Carlton were so friendly and always helpful! The beds are the most comfortable we have ever experienced at a hotel!"

"Daniel - the golf cart driver and jack-of-all-trades - was excellent. He repeatedly went above and beyond whenever we had questions or requests. Book your tours and taxis through him!"

"The only downfall was the restaurant...i have serious allergy which i asked the server about..she wasnt sure so i asked her to double check with the kitche/Chef and she came back saying it was safe for me to order that plate...needless to say i took only one bite and my bf finished the rest..and i got sick for a day and a bit..the server saw i didnt eat anything and all she said is - i feel bad you are going to bed hungry...anyway..not a great first experience at the restaurant..we didnt got back after..plenty of better option around!! Housekeeping and staff and overall property are great will suggest it foe sure!!"

"Beautiful Hotel (loved the clean look and modern beach color art, as well as our canal facing patio watching all the boats come and go), rooftop deck was a gorgeous place to lounge at sunset, staff was super friendly and welcoming to our family with young children, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle available to the beach and a short drive (less than 10mins to Grace beach & all the restaurants/shops in that area). My only critique would be the pool was very cold (but we were visiting in December so maybe it warms up at other times of the year). We’d definitely visit again if we’re ever back in TCI!"

"We had the best stay! The beachfront condo we stayed in was huge and so clean! Staff were all amazing and helpful. We had some car trouble and they helped us navigate that as well. The beach is beautiful, restaurant was delicious- perfect stay."
