"To give the benefit of doubt to the property we checked in on Christmas Day and checked out the next day. The access road to the property was a narrow and steep dirt road that was quite difficult to drive on. Hopefully this is only a temporary situation. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. But everything went downhill from that point onwards. The lights along the narrow corridor leading to the room was not working and despite informing the staff they were not rectified. We had...
