“Everything was characterised by exemplary professionalism on the part of the staff. As a Welsh speaker I was impressed and grateful to see the efforts made to encourage bilingualism.”

“Reception staff great. Breakfast Ok. Our hot meal was brought to the table 5 minutes after we sat down for cereal. Order not as requested which meant wasted food.Staff?”

“I chose this hotel as it had a lift and car parking facilities. Unfortunately although I was on the first floor my room was on the opposite side of the landing which meant out of the lift I had to go down 6 steps then up 6 steps which was very difficult especially carrying suitcases, hence although difficult for me it was actually easier just to walk up and down the stairs . There was no chance in getting in the car park. Again if I had known the hotel was in the middle of refurbishment I would...

“Nice room and breakfast”

“The ground floor room was very convenient for access with our dog. The whole place was always kept clean & tidy. Superb cooked breakfast every morning & the evening meals that we had were also excellent. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The bar / pub area had a very good atmosphere, with locals drinking & eating there as well as motel guests. A two minute walk to a great beach. We will definitely return.”
