Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

6/10 Okay

"To start with, on the day we arrived, we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes because our room wasn't ready yet. They sent us to the bar to wait, but the air conditioning wasn't working—meaning it was hellishly hot in there. When we finally entered the room, it was a huge disappointment; the carpet was horrible, and the place was in 100% need of a complete renovation. The access to the beach was excellent, though, and the pool was great. But, all in all, it definitely wasn't what we were expecting. It was incredibly disappointing!"

"For a last-minute, one-day stay by the beach on a holiday weekend this was great! The beds (the important part) were crisp and clean, the staff were friendly (shout out to the lady who served my breakfast, I didn't catch your name but you were very sweet!), and the view was great! The hotel is half-dated and half-renovated and old enough that ocean air entropy was obviously kicking in (there was rust in the microwave). The only housekeeping things that grossed me out were toothpaste stains in the bathroom sink and some mold lurking around the suction cups for the shower mat. Everything else was super clean! I loved the beach access and the staff were all lovely."

"Good morning, I booked a stay at the Radisson Beachfront Property in Panama City Beach, Florida I ended my stay one day before my scheduled checkout due to the unacceptable condition of the bathroom. The condition was extremely unsanitary and disappointing. I have attached photos, which clearly show the issues I encountered during my stay."

"Nothing like the pictures. The floor is broken in multiple places. Roaches crawling across the table and around air unit. Around the bed was very dirty. The bathroom always smelled bad like urine and tub was dirty. Every time you went into the office people all had the same complaints. Very outdated and not well taken care of. The only pros is on the beach and good location."

"30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice."

"Our stay was great the staff was polite and very helpful during check-in and throughout this stay. The location was amazing right on the beach full view of the beach the upper levels had balconies tiki bar right by the pool pool and bar not overcrowded. Step right out onto the sand felt amazing enjoyed our stay immensely."

"Didn't even stay at the resort. I didn't remember that I had booked a reservation thru an expedia account. The resort texted me the day before checking in and stated to respond to the text with requests. I responded that I didn't recall a reservation there but if there was one to please cancel. Unfortunately I assumed that would be enough. It wasn't. I was charged for the 3 days of the reservation and also 3 days of resort fees even though I never stepped foot on the property. The management essentially ignored any attempts at refunded my money. They stated that any attempts to cancel should have been thru expedia as they didn't have my personal information. Yet they managed to text me . It was an honest mistake on my part but the resort was only interested in keeping my money."

"El hotel es horrible , todo está sucio , deteriorado, huele horrible, es asqueroso, es costoso y las instalaciones son espantosos , no se queden ahí , van a perder el dinero , nosotros reservamos y no pudimos quedarnos todos los días , porque era demasiado sucio, perdimos ese dinero y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel."
