Watersound Inn getaway

Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!

Don’t stay here if you arrive late. The doors are locked and there’s a tiny sign way above the front door with a number to call. It was a dark night and impossible to see. It took me a half an hour to get into the hotel and only after going to the security guard for the area next-door was I able to do that. She was very helpful and made a few phone calls, but it took a tremendous effort and had no idea what to do it first. There is no one available after a certain time at night. Too bad if you arrive later. And all less for more than $500 a night. Terrible service.

Not worth the price!!

Nice property with a combination of private condos and rental places. The elevator did not work for the entire stay. Everyone had to carry luggage and packages 3 floors up and down. Had no water due to repairs for the first 5 hours of our stay. The lazy river is under repair. This resort charges daily resort fees for non-existing resort services.

First Time To 30A

We had a wonderful family stay at the WaterSound Inn. We were not sure what to expect but it was exactly what we needed. This place is a small inn with full 2 bedroom suites that are almost more like a condo. (This was ideal for us, as we had a 22 month old and a 6 month old and were able to have them sleeping far enough away from each other and us that we all slept well). It is located above the gatehouse of a gated community. We had about a 7 minute walk to the beach club which had 2 restaurants, 2 pools and beach access. We initially thought we had booked a resort, so we were surprised when we arrived that there was not any sort of luggage service or room service, but this was our own misunderstanding. Overall the boutique hotel is so small and conveniently located we did not need either of these things. The only thing I would note for people traveling with young children is they do not have any sort of child equipment available, however it was easy to rent cribs/pack and plays, etc through Beach Baby Crib Rentals. Everything was in our room when we arrived and we were able to just leave it in the room upon our departure. We also used Babysitters At The Beach each night and had spectacular dinners while our kids slept. I would also highly recommend them!

Great trip to 30A. We had several great dinners and enjoyed some beach time at the Watersound Beach Club. Highly recommend FOOW at Watercolor, Cafe Thirty-A and Surfing Deer.

We had a confirmed reservation at Watersound Inn in Santa Rosa, FL. Two days before our reservation the property manager informed us that the room was not available for the length of our stay. She worked overnight and found us another hotel in a different location. Not impressed with VRBO customer service as their only remedy was to "call the property manager." My rating for VRBO service is zero stars. The Watersound Inn manager Angela was outstanding.

This property is adjacent to a fantastic neighborhood right on the beach. It is situated at the entrance, which will probably seem strange. However, as a guest, you get access to all of amenities, and THAT is the key reason to stay here. Incredible towns around, white sand dunes and amazing sunsets!

Friendly service & amazing amenities

The front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and had all the necessities for cooking, bath, etc. The beach club access was amazing, and included a beach setup, access to the beach which includes a dune lake that overflows into the ocean, and 2 zero entry pools, one of which has a lazy river. We weren’t able to eat at their restaurant, but look forward to trying it next time. Would definitely recommend, plan to return!

A great weekend at the Watersound Inn!

We had a wonderful time at the Watersound Inn. We loved the large accommodations. We knew that it was not a beach view, but we enjoyed riding the bikes provided to the Watersound Beach Club and having towels and front row beach chairs also provided for us.
