“The reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I paid for a king size room and they put me in a double bed room and told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms available! I want what I paid for!! Other than that everything is was great!”

“The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

“The cleaning staff were very courteous.”

“The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service”

“I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

“Clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to lots of dining options. Nice pool and really great staff. Only one complaint; during breakfast I listened to a woman scream at the staff for several minutes. She just kept going. I thought it was a rude tourist but it turned out to be a supervisor. Stopped eating breakfast there afterwards.”

“We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Coral Beach Condominiums and would highly recommend it to others.”

“Overall satisfied and it felt like home”

“Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔”

“Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our...

“I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
