“This is an events hotel with a very large number of guests. I had a room in the Paddocks which is a building outside the main hotel. The rooms have No Aircon, the windows barely open due to safety catches. The temperature in the room was unbearable. The fan which was suppose to help was of very poor quality and did nothing to improve things! It was so bad I assumed it was broken, but after maintenance came out they confirmed it was just a rubbish fan . The rooms also had very poor sound...

“Staff were lovely, the room was nice however not maintained to a five star standard as an armchair was heavily stained in the room and general upkeep could have been better. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, spa was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some rooms near us had ordered room serve and their trays of half finished food outside their rooms was left out all day. In the end we had to ask a member of staff to clear the...

“The room was clean but extremely basic, no desk, chair, kettle, wardrobe or drawers and the bed was not overly comfortable at all. Staff that we met were very polite, professional, helpful and approachable. There is no actual parking, only on-street pay and display parking, although it's not as expensive as I was expecting it to be so I was pleasantly surprised by this. There is air-conditioning in the room which was a godsend as the windows are screwed closed.”

“A great hotel, integrated into the Stadium, Milton Keynes, surrounded by shops and places to eat, it is comfortable, clean and above all, the staff are great and really helpful. Fabulous place to stay, especially if you are attending an event at the Stadium!”

“Check in was fine and quick, team member was helpful. However, the room it self even though it was tiny, we thought the bed would be bigger. It’s smaller than a double. We didn’t expect AC in the cabin, but we did require at least one fan as it was soo warm in there. I was not able to sleep. We wouldn’t stay there again, unfortunately.”

“From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!”
