"We had such a wonderful stay here, particularly loving the stable room with its peace and quiet and enormous king bed. We arrived late and went for a walk around the Secret Garden at sunset which was completely magical .. followed by delicious food and cocktails in Harry’s Bar. "Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"
