“This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable. But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point. “This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. ”
