"The hotel itself is located in a nice area not far from downtown. The hotel staff was amazing, they make you feel like you were living at home. They are very friendly and always willing to help out. The rent desk staff was also very helpful and attentive. The hotel is also priced well. "

"Hotel was good. A little dated and in need of improvements but we enjoyed our stay. The view was great and right next to the Teleférico to La Bufa. Breakfast buffet was good. The room had air conditioning and was perfect for the hot weather. We would stay again."
